Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Information
This document governs the terms and conditions of sale for the products offered on the website eyetubers.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The seller and operator of the Website is EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L., with registered office in Italy and VAT number 14354110968.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order and authorising payment using the payment methods available on the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, delivery and payment without reservation.
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales contract between EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. and the customer. The customer is responsible for printing and retaining a copy of these Terms on a durable medium.
3. Customer Requirements for Purchasing Products
To purchase products on eyetubers.com, the customer must:
- have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale
- be at least 18 years old
- be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- be a consumer
A valid email address and a valid credit card or another accepted electronic payment method are required.
Consumer: any natural person who purchases on eyetubers.com for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
4. Language
The content of this Website complies with Italian law and the European regulations adopted by Italy.
Users accessing the Website from other countries acknowledge that the content may not comply with the laws applicable in their country and accept full responsibility for continuing to browse the Website.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT for sales within Italy and the European Union.
For purchases outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. is not responsible for exchange rate policies or bank fees applied by the customer's credit card provider.
6. Payment Methods
At the time of the transaction, the customer will be redirected to a secure payment page managed directly by the banking network provider, ensuring the protection of payment information.
Neither the staff nor the systems used by EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. can access or view confidential payment credentials required during the payment procedure.
EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. undertakes to refund payments where required following order modifications.
Under no circumstances will EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. staff request confidential payment details such as credit or debit card security codes.
7. Product Availability
EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. cannot be held responsible if an item that has been ordered, confirmed and paid for becomes unavailable during order processing due to circumstances such as:
- accidental damage during handling
- damage during packaging
- discrepancies between system inventory and actual stock
- theft or other unforeseen events
In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified, and the payment will be refunded using the standard procedures of the payment provider.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days from the order confirmation, regardless of the reasons preventing delivery, EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. will refund the payment received. The customer undertakes to return any product delivered after this deadline.
The parties may agree on new delivery timelines if necessary.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using courier services selected by the seller.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 1–3 business days
- Other countries: 2–10 business days
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events.
For orders placed from non-EU countries, EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. reserves the right not to proceed with shipment even if the order has been accepted and paid for, where specific customs procedures or restrictions related to the product may apply.
9. Discount Codes
EYETUBERS may periodically distribute discount codes to their users.
These discounts must be applied in accordance with the instructions provided for each code.
Only one discount code per order may be used.
Discount codes may not be combined with certain promotions or collections.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Customers may return an order within 14 days from receipt of the product.
Shipping costs originally paid are not refundable.
Customs duties must not be charged to EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L.. If customs charges are applied upon return delivery, the shipment may be refused.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after the returned product has been received at our warehouse.
If the customer wishes to exchange the glasses for another model or colour, they must contact customer service at:
Return shipping costs and any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products remain under the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
All returned items will be inspected and must be returned in their original packaging.
If a returned product is received in unacceptable condition, we may return it to the customer.
11. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged during shipping or received defective, customers must contact customer support at:

Where possible, the product will be replaced as quickly as possible.
If a replacement is authorised, the defective product must be returned using our free return service.
Once the product has been received and inspected, a new replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
12. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All eyewear sold by EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. is covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by EU consumer law.
The warranty lasts 24 months from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects or conformity issues present at the time of delivery.

In the event of a defect, EYETUBERS GROUP S.R.L. will repair or replace the product free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, an alternative solution will be agreed upon with the customer.
13. Liability
The seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.

The company cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by third parties.
15. Medical Device Disclaimer
The glasses sold on eyetubers.com are accessories designed to reduce exposure to blue light and must not be considered medical devices.
They are not intended to correct visual impairments nor to be used as diagnostic tools.
The use of these glasses does not replace professional medical advice or eye examinations by qualified healthcare professionals.
