Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you have received the wrong item

This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
  • custom or personalised products
  • personal care items (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns of:

  • hazardous materials
  • flammable liquids
  • gases

If you have any questions about whether your item can be returned, please contact us before requesting a return.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Items purchased during promotional campaigns or sales may still be returned where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including the 14-day withdrawal right applicable within the European Union.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned:

  • unused and unworn
  • with all original tags attached
  • in its original packaging
  • together with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
